Dr. Madison Taylor

Licensed Psychologist

OCD, Anxiety & Life Transitions

Teens, Adults, Parents

If you’ve spent more time analyzing your anxiety than actually living your life, you’re not alone — and you’ve likely come to the right place. Dr. Taylor works with over-thinkers, high-achievers, and people navigating hard seasons who are ready for something practical. Her clients often say the process felt less daunting than they expected, and that they left each session with a new way of seeing something they’d been stuck on.

Who Dr. Taylor Works With

Teens

Dr. Taylor works with teenagers managing anxiety, OCD, and the pressures that come with growing up, helping them build practical tools and a clearer sense of what they want.

Adults

She supports adults working through OCD, anxiety, panic, phobias, and life transitions. Many of her clients are professionals or high-achievers who tend to overthink and are ready for a skills-based, direct approach. She also brings a specialty in career counseling and psychological assessment for those navigating performance stress or major transitions.

Parents

Dr. Taylor is trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a research-supported approach that helps parents adjust their own responses and better support an anxious child’s growth.

Dr. Taylor's Approach

Dr. Taylor’s approach is straightforward: understand what’s in the way, build the skills to address it, and move forward. She draws primarily on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients work through OCD, anxiety, and the kind of circular thinking that keeps people stuck. Approachable and pragmatic by nature, she has a knack for reframing things in ways clients hadn’t considered. Many of her clients describe leaving sessions thinking, “I hadn’t looked at it that way before.” One thing she makes clear from the start: therapy doesn’t have to be a lifetime commitment — it can be exactly what you need for the season you’re in.
